This tour is a great way to soak in the feel of Punjabi village life.
At Chahal Farm House, you can experience the old-world charm of Punjab through cultural performances, folk dances, local handicrafts, songs, stories and of course, cuisine. Chahal Farm House is a fantastic place to connect with the Punjabi roots and experience live Punjabi culture around it. It recreates a Punjabi village in the true sense. As a guest, you can see, participate and interact with people from village and their culture. Chahal Farm House has everything to keep you busy and entertained for an entire day. It offers day packages and also stay packages. You can learn a traditional art or create a masterpiece of your own. Phulkari, Punjabi jutti, clay toys and utensils, ironwork, durries, agricultural implements are some of the traditional arts showcased here. Punjab can never be complete without its music and dances. At Chahal Farm House, treat your senses to the vibrance and beats of traditional Punjabi folk dances like bhangra, gidha, jhumar and kikli.

Rural Typical Games
This activity will include playing traditional village games that the natives play for leisure. Kancha (Marbles) is the most common game in the village. Gulli Danda, another traditional game of Punjab shall be played during the same activity. As we all know Punjab is all about Kite Flying, you are hereby requested to take part in Kite flying if you wish to.
Village Tour
Step into rural charm with the Village Tour at Chahal Tree Farm. Explore mud houses, local crafts, and everyday village life. A heartwarming journey into Punjab’s cultural roots.
Tractor Ride for ₹500 per person
This will involve a detailed show around the village on foot for the guests, there will also be a trip to a local school where you can interact with the children of the school. A tractor ride has also been arranged to your surprise that will take you to the nearest orchard for a tour around the farms to enlighten about the kind of crops, the kinds of vegetation are grown. There will also be a show around a cowshed and a gas & dung plant.
Self Cooking (at desi rasoi of old tradition)
Post the village’s completion, the guests would be escorted back to the house for a traditional and gala Punjabi lunch. The traditional feast shall include Punjabi food items such as- Dal Makhani, Sarson Da Sag, Aloo Gobi, Jeera Rice, Makki Di Roti, Tawe Di Roti, Salad & Ghar ka Achaar (Homemade Pickle). The Punjabi traditional feast shall expose the rich flavors of Punjab and the love with which the food is made by the natives. Sit back and devour each taste!
